LAW -- CINDY THORNTON LAW, 75, of Seminole, FL passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2005 at Woodside Hospice House. Private burial at The Garden Sanctuary took place on March 23, 2005 in Seminole. A Memorial Service will be held at Faith Presbyterian Church, 1150 Walker Ave, Seminole, FL on March 30, 2005 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. She lived in Albuquerque for many years prior to moving to Florida in 1996. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Dr. David Law; her sister, Nancy Pensis of Arizona; five children, Linda Law Clark of Louisiana, Wendy Law and Cassandra Law of Maryland, David Law and Kimberly Rankin of Albuquerque, NM; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was an avid musician and sang with the Sweet Adelines and in church choirs over the years. She was also active in USATF, both in Official and Youth Athletic Sections in 3 states; she served as a Track & Field Official for the Summer Olympic Games in Los Angeles in 1984, and was an active volunteer and worker in Republican politics across 5 states, serving on County and State committees in New Mexico and Maryland.
