THOMAS -- James "Jamie" Thomas of Rio Rancho, age 25, went home suddenly to his Father in Heaven. He was born on February 27, 1980 and passed on March 19, 2005. He is survived by his mother, Cathie; his sister, Betsy; his brother, Scott; his Nana, Liz Thomas; his uncle, Bill Thomas; his aunts, Gin-Gin Thomas, and Candi Mitchell. He is also survived by his cousins, Erica Ohmit, Chaz Himes, Renee Canku, and Tiff McCoskey; their husbands and their children. He was preceded in death by his Granddaddy, James Thomas whom he was named for, and his special uncle, Bob Thomas. Jamie was a special gift to his family who loved him dearly. His life reflected the true meaning of love. He was in inspiration to all he met as he journeyed through his many challenges. We would like to offer our gratitude to Dr. Robert Leverence for his dedication to serving him, and to his very special friends, Dan and Jeanette Smith and their family, Mary Beth Weeks, and John and Jolyn Webster and their family; Trish Schifani, Sherie Key, Nadine Dunning, Una Vicente, Doug and Cindy Bench family, Mike and Frances Lucas family, Dawn Weatherston, Donna Naclerio, Jody Springer, Ericka Summers, Paul Grazier and the entire staff of ARCA, and also the staff of Share Your Care, and of EASI, the Enhancement Center and of course his family at the Star Heights Ward. He was so fortunate to have many wonderful friends to assist him throughout this journey to help him reach his full potential. We thank all of you. You have meant the world to us. A Memorial Celebration will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Chapel, located at 2807 19th Ave., Rio Rancho, NM Burial will follow at a later date in Roswell, NM.
