MANN -- Charles S. Mann, 76, died peacefully Saturday, March 5, 2005 after a long illness. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Sue Mann; son, Charles S. Mann, Jr. of Neenah, WI; daughters, Katherine Beckner and husband, Greg of Houston, TX, and Susan Madigan and husband, Mike of Glen Ellyn, IL; grandchildren, Lisa Beckner, Cory Madigan, and Chase Madigan. Charles was born in Denton, TX in 1929. He served as an Air Force pilot during the Korean War era. He worked for Westinghouse as a sales engineer for his entire civilian career. At a national sales meeting, he was introduced as "Mr. Westinghouse." Charles enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, and reading. Services will be held Wednesday, March 9, 2005, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE. Interment will follow at 1:00 p.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association of NM, 7001 Menaul Blvd. NE, Suite 1-A, 87110 or the American Cancer Society, 10501 Montgomery Blvd. NE, Suite 300, 87111.
