GARCIA -- Teresita Garcia, age 92, born in Pena Blanca New Mexico, residing near Chilili New Mexico for many years with her late most beloved husband, Ismael Garcia, has gone on to the other side of the veil between life and death, departing on December 1, 2004. She became a resident of Albuquerque with her husband in 1954. During the last leg of her journey, she was a resident of Manor Care Heights being lovingly cared for until it was time to go. She is survived by her only child/daughter, Andrellita Apodaca and husband, Luciano; and by her grandchildren, Michael Apodaca and wife, Juliana, Natalie Apodaca, Lawrence Apodaca, Marilyn Gutierrez and husband, Joseph, Eric Apodaca and wife, Shannon, and Velmari De Leon and husband, Steve; and a dozen great-grandchildren. A Requiem Mass will be offered for the repose of her soul at 6:00 p.m. Thursday December at Our Lady of the Rosary, Society of Pius X Chapel located at 333 58th St. NW. A Rosary will be recited at Sangre de Cristo Catholic Church on Friday the 3rd at 7:00 p.m. for the repose of her soul. Mass will be held at Sangre de Cristo on Saturday the 4th at 10:00 a.m. followed by funeral services at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jonathan Blake, Steve De Leon, Jacob Gutierrez, Isaiah Gutierrez, Mike Apodaca, and Eric Apodaca. Honorary Pallbearer will be Daniel Apodaca.
