GARCIA -- David Garcia, born on December 2, 1941, was called home to eternal life on Thursday, November 25, 2004. David was a lifelong resident of Pena Blanca, NM. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Pena Blanca. David was preceded in death by his beloved son, who he missed so much, David Anthony; his father, Daniel Garcia; most recently three weeks ago his beloved mother, Maryann Garcia, who he cared for with true and unconditional love; and 13 brothers and sisters. David is survived by eight brothers and sisters, Clarence Garcia and wife Lucy, Gilbert Garcia and wife Gloria, Alfred Garcia, Oliver Garcia, Cora Martinez and husband Herman, Nora Armijo and husband Ernest, Lena Gonzales and husband Robert, Donna Herrera and husband Orlando. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other beloved family members and a host of friends who he visited daily and he cherished their friendship so much. Visitations will be Sunday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Pena Blanca; where a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday at 11:00 a.m. also at the church. Interment will follow at the Pena Blanca Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Orlando A. Herrera, Leroy Garcia, Brian Martinez, Kevin Gonzales, Larry Torres, and Louis Armijo.
