RAMIREZ -- Stella Ramirez, 79, of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on November 7, 2004. She was born on July 19, 1925 to Placido Quintana and Veneranda Gutierrez in El Cerrito, New Mexico. She was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church. She loved being with her children and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Quirino Ramirez in 1986 and her son Anthony Ramirez. She is survived by her children, Abraham Ramirez, Albert Ramirez and wife Irene, Arthur Ramirez and wife Christene, Abel Ramirez and wife Olivia, Alice Ramirez and daughter Tisha, Alex Ramirez and son Daniel, Arlene Ramirez and fiance Oscar Arreolla; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and her brothers and sisters. Mrs. Ramirez will be deeply missed by her loving family. Visitations will be on Tuesday from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Garcia Mortuary. A rosary will be recited on Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday morning at 9:30 a.m. also at St. Anne Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Alex Ramirez, Albert Ramirez, Jr., Daniel Ramirez, Brian Ramirez, Arthur Ramirez and Abel Ramirez.
