GONZALES -- Jose. Mr. Jose (Joe) Melecio Gonzales, 64, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on October 9, 2004 with his loving family by his side. Mr. Gonzales is the beloved husband to Mrs. Josie Gonzales, married for 45 years. Mr. Gonzales is survived by his children, Evelyn Chavez and husband, Vincent, Yvonne Gonzales, Steven Gonzales and wife, Marty; two sisters, Helen Arabuso and Elis Rivera; four brothers, Milton Gonzales and wife, Christine, Trini Gonzales and wife, Tammy, Leroy Gonzales and wife, Darlene and Raymond Gonzales; six grandchildren, Victoria, Erica, Estavan, Andres, Joseph ( Josepi ) and Alix; one great-granddaughter, Edyn (Edith ); Godchildren, Michael and Patty; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Gonzales was a member of the Catholic Church and owner of the Casa Grande Restaurant and leader of the Round Table. A visitation for Mr. Gonzales will be Monday evening from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco SW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Gabriella Nieto and music by Lydia and Ramon Saiz. A final visitation will be Tuesday morning from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Vincent Chavez, Ernie Sandoval, John Rivera, Mike Addy, Eloy Salazar, Rick Legg, Harold Lucero and Guirllmo Judado.
