WILKINSON -- Ruth Nelle. Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt, Ruth Nelle Wilkinson, passed away on October 1, 2004. She was born on July 31, 1929 in Huntingdon, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents, P.J. and Lottie Perritt; and her beloved grandson, Aaron Black. Ruth is survived by her loving husband, Juhlin Wilkinson; her daughters and their spouses, Patricia and Ron Hughes, Pamela and Dan Bruce, Deborah and Fred Black; and her step-daughters and their spouses, Robin Padgett, Rhonda and Chris Rippy, and Renee and Doug Alexander; her six grandchildren, Michelle Wix and husband, Martin, Jeremy Lee and wife, Lynn, Justin Hudspeth, Julie Hudspeth, Adrian Black, Regina Wilson and husband, Eric; as well as 15 step-grandchildren. Ruth was known as GiGi to her 11 great-grandchildren plus one soon to be born. Four brothers and one sister also survive her. Ruth worked many, many years as a waitress and 23 years at Paul's Monterey Inn. She was known and loved by many of her regular patrons. Services will be held at Aspen Funeral Alternatives on Tuesday, October 5, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lance Armstrong Foundation.
