ARAGON -- Mrs. Lugarda (Lugie) C. Aragon, 82, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on Septembef 17, 2004. Mrs. Aragon is the beloved wife to Mr. Tom Aragon, married for 63 years. Mrs. Aragon is also survived by one daughter, Eleanor Baca and Charlie Sanchez; four sons, Tom Aragon Jr. and wife, Ann, Benny Aragon, Joseph Emilio Aragon Michael Aragon and wife, Shirley; four sisters, Irene Vigil and husband, Joe, Mary Garcia and husband, Diego, Josie Saiz and husband, Paul, Dora Gonzales and huband, Gilbert; three brothers, Andy Garcia and wife, Denise of Las Vegas, NV., Emilio Chavez and wife, Mable, Blas Chavez and wife, Rosie; 18 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mrs. Aragon was preceded in death by her sister, Mercy Adams. Mrs. Aragon was a member of the Catholic Church and a member of the Sacred Heart League. A visitation will be Sunday afternoon from 4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church, 2005 Plaza NW with a Rosary to be recited at 5:00 p.m. A final visitation will be Monday Morning in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Steve Aragon, George Aragon, Tommy Aragon, David Baca, Michael Aragon and Christopher Aragon.
