BECTHEL -- Mrs. Peggy J. Bechtel, 70, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on July 13, 2004. Mrs. Bechtel is survived by her beloved husband of forty-two years, Wilson Bechtel; two sons, Terry Bechtel and wife, Rebecca of Seattle, WA, Charles Stoy and wife, Dr. Deneen Crandell of Canon City, CO; her daughter, Katherine Bechtel; her brother, Duane Carpenter of Alba, OK; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at the Monte Vista Christian Church on Monday August 2, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. Burial of cremains at the Santa Fe National Cemetery took place on July 19, 2004. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations and contributions be sent to the Monte Vista Christian Church, 3501 Campus Blvd. NE.
