COTTER -- Carolyn Billie Cotter, a resident of Albuquerque since 1947, died on Tuesday, July 6, 2004. She is survived by her son, Jeff Cotter and wife, Robyn Wong of Kailua, HI; daughter, Elaine Cotter of Albuquerque; son, Doug Cotter and wife, Susie of Albuquerque; and grandchildren, Jessica, Randy and Victor Herring, and Jennifer, Brett, Tyler, and Luke Cotter. Billie and her children spent much time in Cape Cod swimming and boating. She was an avid skier and was an early member of the La Madera Ski Patrol. She was an accomplished tennis player and guitar player. In more recent years she was involved in teaching line dancing and performing with the Rock and Rhythm Line Dancers throughout the city. Billie was a member of Grace Church and had confessed Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, the Author and Finisher of her faith. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, July 20, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at Grace Church, 6901 San Antonio NE, 87109. French Mortuary 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE 823-9400
