SOWERS -- Cathy Sowers, 51, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque passed away on April 8, 2004. She lost her battle after several years of heart ailments. Cathy loved her family, was a poet, nature and life in general. She is survived by her beloved husband, Keith; and two sons, Ramey and Jeffrey; her mother-in-law, Miriam Sowers; two brothers, Duane Swager and wife, Debby, Randy Swager and wife, Susie; and two sisters, Debbie Smith and Nancy McBride; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents, Doris and Bob Swager; and her father-in-law, Frank Sowers. Family and friends celebrated her life at her brother, Duane's house, Easter Sunday. She will be deeply missed by family and friends more than words can say.
