TORREZ -- Betty M. Torrez passed away on the 8th of April 2004. She was preceded in death by her father William Martinez, her mother Mary Martinez, her brother and five sisters. Betty is survived by her three sisters, and five sons, Pete and wife Marianne, Salvador and wife Ruby, Rocky and wife Brenda, Keith and Johnny; one daughter Cindy and husband Toby, and grandchildren, Toby Jr., Sheryl, Michelle, Michael, Pete, Samantha Jo, Rocky Jr., Henry, Max, Tommy, Crystal and husband Eric; great grandson, Geo; other family members and friends who loved and will miss her. Memorial services will be held at St. Therese Catholic Church, 4th and Mildred NW. A rosary will be recited on Monday, April 12, 2004 at 7:00pm. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Tuesday, April 13, 2004. Private family burial will take place at a later date. Arrangements by Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th ST. NW.
