WEAVER -- John Richard Weaver, 58, died in Albuquerque on February 12, 2004.& nbsp; He was born in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Mark W. and Elinor A. Weaver.  He was a disabled veteran who served in Vietnam in the U.S. Army.  He had lived in Albuquerque for 3 years, previously living in Oklahoma City, OK.  John was preceded in death by his father, Mark W. Weaver in 1992.  He is survived by his mother, Elinor A. Weaver; brother, William M. Weaver and wife Janie of Albuquerque; nieces, Melissa Brown and husband Steve, and Melanie Sparks and husband Mike, all of Albuquerque; and special great-nieces, Baylee and Hannah Brown and Carlee Sparks.  Visitation will be Monday, February 16, 2004 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Sunrise Funeral Options, 7601 Wyoming Blvd. NE.  Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 17 at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
