PEACE -- Diana L. Peace, loving mother and grandmother, passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2004, after an extended illness. Diana was born April 16, 1940 on Oskaloosa, Iowa. She was a faithful and loving health-care provider for many years. Diana was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Fern Redford; a sister, Mary Patrick; a brother, Ernest Redford, and a great grandson, Timmothy Stewart. She is survived by DeWayne Peace; five children, Donna Phillips and Stephen Birdwell of Oklahoma, Barbara Crain and Billy Brown of Albuquerque, Sharlene Murphy of Albuquerque, Ronald and Beverly Peace of Oklahoma, Elizabeth and Xuan Nguyen of Albuquerque; 17 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 4 sisters; 1 brother and many nieces, nephews. She had many friends including one special friend Hal Smith. She was loved by many. She will be greatly missed by all. Services will be held at Sunset Memorial Park Chapel on Saturday, February 7, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow. Arrangements by: Direct Funeral Services 2919 4th ST. NW. ABQ. 505-343-8008
