MARTINEZ -- Nora Martinez, 66, a 33-year resident of Albuquerque, died Friday, December 19, 2003. She is survived by her daughters, Adelina Martinez of Bakersfield, CA, Sissy Sandoval of Los Lunas, NM, Debbie Tixier of Albuquerque, NM, and Yolanda Esquibel and husband, Ermie of Albuquerque; sons, Clyde Martinez and Paul Martinez also of Albuquerque, NM; 20 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren; four sisters; three brothers; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilferd Martinez, longtime friend, Ray Ayon and son-in-law, Dennis Sandoval. Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday at French Mortuary-Westside Chapel, 9300 Golf Course Rd., NW. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 9:00 a.m. on Monday at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 5712 Paradise, NW with Fr. John Conway, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Wilferd Martinez, Joey Torres, Mario Sandoval, Jeremy Torres, Joe Torres and Ermie Esquibel. Honorary Pallbearers will be Clyde Martinez, Paul Martinez, Frank Padilla and Dean Baca. Friends may visit French Mortuary-Westside Chapel on Sunday from 5:00 until time of rosary.
