MARTINEZ -- Barbara A. Martinez, 46, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on December 5, 2003 with her loving family by her side. Barbara is survived by her father, Charles Griego and her mother, Frances Griego; two daughters, Desiree and Charmain; one son, Jerome; two sisters, Gloria Griego and Susan Griego; four brothers, Carlos Griego and wife Michelle, Patricio Griego, Andrew Griego and wife, Debra and Daniel Griego; four grandchildren, Genessa Lovato, Janeva Orozco, Nathan Lovato and Joseph Silva; her maternal grandparents, Patricio and Lucinda Garcia; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Barbara was a member of the Catholic Church. A visitation will be Monday evening in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel from 5:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m. by Gabriella Nieto. A final visitation will be Tuesday morning from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1860 Griego NW with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. by Father Joe Vigil. Interment will follow at the Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery. Pallbearers will be, Carlos Griego, Andrew Griego, Dan Griego, Frankie Martinez, Rick Martinez and Michael McAfee.
