RUSSELL -- Euphelia "Felia" Maryanne Russell, 81 and a longtime resident of Albuquerque, died December 1, 2003. She was born in Colmor, NM to the late Adolpho and Drusilla Martinez. "Felia" was a member of the La Mesa Presbyterian Church, the Women's Christian Temperance Union, and the La Mesa Presbyterian Choir. She is preceded in death by her husband, George W. Russell; parents, Adolpho and Drusilla Martinez; sister, Sophie Peterson; brothers, Salome Martinez and Eli Martinez. "Felia" is survived by her daughter, Joy Poindexter and husband, Lee of Albuquerque; sisters, Emma Hines and husband, Ralph of Walden, CO; and brother, Adolph Levi Martinez. She is also survived by grandchildren, Heather White and husband, Kevin of Albuquerque, Ronald Poindexter and wife, Pattie of Albuquerque and Jill Rivera of Nashville, TN; and great grandchildren, Amanda Baldridge, Troy White, Kyle Palhegyi, Dylan Poindexter, and Katie Poindexter. Funeral Services will be held on December 5, 2003 at 11:30 a.m. at Chapel of Sunrise, 7601 Wyoming Blvd. NE. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
