SIMON -- Marian W. Simon, 90, a resident of Rio Rancho for the past 27 years, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2003. Marian was born January 1, 1913 in Pittsburgh, Pa., to her parents Harry Weber and Jane Lightbody. She had been a secretary in the steel manufacturing business before retiring. When her health permitted, Marian loved to travel. She had been around the world at least once.Marian was preceded in death by her husband, Norman, and children JoAn Lucero and Richard Simon. She is survived by four grandchildren, John Lucero and wife C.J., Jo Ellyn Lucero, Jill Sanchez and husband Michael, Jay Lucero and wife Gabrielle; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
