She attained her GED in Oregon and graduated from TVI in Health Occupations with high marks. This beautiful, fun-loving, caring woman is survived by her children, Henry "Enrique" Jesus Cardiel Jr., and Sybil A. Silguero; in-laws, Jerry Thrasher and Karen A. Cathey; grandchildren, Esteban A. Silguero, Juan Tomas Cardiel, Altagracia A. Silguero, Aurea Ariel Cardiel, Rachel L. Silguero, Dashya Z. Thrasher, Daavaun J. Thrasher; siblings, Adolfo Guajardo, Amado Guajardo, Aurora Rodriguez, and Alfredo Guajardo; and many other relatives. Services will be Thursday, October 23, 2003 at 6:00 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church, 1901 Pennsylvania NE.
