WEST -- Glenn E. West, 82, a native of Sweet Briar, ND and a resident of New Mexico since 1949, died Monday, September 8, 2003. He is survived by his wife, Marjorie L. West of Peralta; daughter, Sharon Rogers and husband, John of Albuquerque; granddaughters, Shauna Rogers and Kelsey Rogers, both of Albuquerque; sister, Ethel Wherley and husband, Floyd of Albuquerque; brother, Clarence West of Mandan, ND; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was the youngest of 12 siblings. Mr. West enjoyed bowling and was a member of the Albuquerque Men's Bowling Association. He was a master craftsman, specializing in cabinet making and furniture. Mr. West was very active in the Peralta United Methodist Church. He will be remembered as a loving and wonderful husband, father, grandfather, uncle and brother. Glenn was well known for his sense of humor, and he enjoyed his vegetable garden. He was actively working until his last day. Cremation has taken place and Memorial Services will be held Saturday, 11:00 a.m., at Peralta United Methodist Church, with Pastor Dave Blackwell officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Meals on Wheels, P.O.
