MASSIMO -- Rosemary A. Massimo, 66, passed peacefully to her heavenly home on Sunday, September 8, 2003. Rosemary was born in Albuquerque on March 1, 1937. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Richard; and brother, Buddy. Rosemary is survived by her parents, Raymond and Lucy O. Stephens; sister, Patricia E. Gonzales; and brother and sister-in-law, Steve D. and Debbie Stephens; four children, Ramona Massimo, Richard L. Massimo and wife, Lisa, G. Raymond Massimo and fiance, Theresa, and Rhonda J. and Chris Haycox; nine grandchildren, Jacqueline, Alicia and Jolene Sun, Andrea Haycox, Joshua, Jessie and Clarice Massimo, Anita M. Pohl, and Tristen Protzman. Rosemary had one great-grandchild, Ashley Nicole Pohl; two nieces; and four nephews; cousins, family and friends. A Viewing will take place at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 225 San Mateo NE on Thursday, September 11, 2003 at 6:00 p.m. with a Rosary following at 7:00 p.m. Reception to be held from 8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. same evening at the family home. Funeral Services will be at Our Lady of Assumption Parish at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, September 12, 2003. Interment will follow at the National Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Santa Fe, NM at 1:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Richard and Raymond Massimo, Christopher Haycox, Salvador Gonzales, Benjamin Stephens, and Michael Seligman. Honorary Pallbearers are Steve D. Stephens, Joshua and Jessie Massimo, Jason Stephens, Samuel Stephens, Eric Hieber and Lamarr Simmons.
