Sisneros -- Mrs. Lucy G. Sisneros, 79, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on March 21, 1998. Mrs. Sisneros is survived by one son, Ralph Garcia and wife, Jeannie of Irvine, CA; daughters, Libby Garcia and Jimmy Lucero, Frances Zimmerly and husband, Juan, Betty Johnson and husband, Mike; two brothers, Gilbert Griego and wife, Mary, and Augustin Griego and wife, Joann; eight sisters, Tillie Garcia and husband, Ross, Charlotte Serna, Lena Garcia, Ruby Martinez and husband, Johnny, Vergie Narvaes and husband, Skippy, Stella Sandoval and husband, Benny, Rosemary Montoya and husband, Tony, and Bea Baca and husband, Alex of Downey, CA; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; a special nephew, Richard Sanchez and wife, Debbie; and many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mrs. Sisneros was a member of the Catholic Church. A rosary will be recited Tuesday evening, 7:00 p.m., at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1860 Griegos NW, with visitation at the church after 6:30 p.m. Gabriella Nieto will recite the rosary. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday morning, 9:00 a.m., at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with final viewing at the church from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Father Aragon, Celebrant. Interment will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 11:30 a.m. Pallbearers will be Richard Sanchez, Michael Johnson Jr., Jason Zimmerly, David Barton, Jerry Garcia and Jeremy Unale. Honorary pallbearers will be Manny Jaramillo, David Zelink, Dennis Narvaez, Wayne Griego, Ernest Brugess, George Griego and Edwin Baca. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Rd. SW, in charge of the arrangements.
