Swyers -- Robert C."Bob" Swyers, 75, a resident of Albuquerque since 1951, died on Sunday, August 9, 1998. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Columbina"Jovie" Swyers of the family home; daughters, Connie Inayat and husband, Azim of Albuquerque, Kathleen Swyers of Redmond, WA, and Karen Willis and husband, J.R. of Albuquerque; and sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Louise and Thomas Garten of West Virginia. Mr. Swyers was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, John Swyers. Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be held Thursday, August 13, 1998, 11:30 a.m., at Gate of Heaven Mausoleum Chapel, 7500 Paseo del Norte NE, with Father Paul Baca officiating. French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE.
