Marchant -- Allagene"Jean" Marchant, 76, a resident of Albuquerque since 1971, passed away 11-4-98 of gall bladder cancer. She and her twin sister were born March 12, 1922 in Frisco, Texas to Charles and Nola Carter. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Noel Marchant; daughters, Judy and husband, Woody Simpson of Albuquerque and Patti and husband, Bucky Eacret of Austin, TX; grandchildren, Sean and Krista Simpson of Albuquerque and Charles Berard and Callie Eacret of Austin, TX; sisters, Polly Moxley, Allene Holder, and Mary Jo Elliott, all of Frisco, TX; sisters-in-law, Glenda Schildknecht of South Haven, MS, formerly of Albuquerque, and Sue Carter of Dallas; and many nieces and nephews. Jean was past President of Wednesday Gals bowling league for many years, loved to travel with her husband, and attended Hoffmantown Church. She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother, and will be deeply missed. All arrangements are entrusted to Cantrell Funeral Home, 8520 Main St., Frisco, Texas.
