Urban -- Mr. Manuel Urban passed away on September 25, 1998. He was born and raised in El Paso, TX. He is survived by his wife, Mercedes; sister, Elizabeth U. Gardina and husband, Jess of Albuquerque; brothers, Santiago Urban and wife, Mary and Alfredo Urban and wife, Lucy; and several nieces and nephews, all of El Paso, TX.
