Clem -- Caroline Clem, 67, a resident of Albuquerque for 33 years, died Wednesday, November 3, 1999. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Robert G."Bob" Clem of Albuquerque; sons, Dr. Don Clem and wife, Tana of Albuquerque and Dr. Michael Clem and wife, Janet of Cincinnati, OH; daughter, Kathleen Thompson and husband, Gregory of Southlake, TX; grandchildren, Nathan and Kyle Clem, Sarah and Ryan Clem, Caitlin and Parker Thompson; brother, Thomas Johnson and wife, Diane of Hayden Lake, ID; and sister, Rosemary Conway and husband, Michael of Tyler, TX. Mrs. Clem was an active member of the New Mexico Watercolor Society. She exhibited her work at the Yucca Gallery in Old Town. For many years, she was active in the Ladies Auxiliary at St. Joseph's Hospital. She was a friendly, outgoing person who took great pride in her family and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Mrs. Clem enjoyed traveling, particularly annual trips to Hawaii. Memorial services will be held Sunday, November 7, 1999, 3:00 p.m., French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, with Rev. Charles E. Price officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the New Mexico Girls & Boys Ranch, 6209 Hendrix NE 87110 or the Animal Humane Assoc. of NM, 615 Virginia Dr. SE 87108.
