Brown -- Marion E. Brown, 81, passed away November 5, 1999. He was a well-known local businessman who owned Brown Pipe and Supply in Albuquerque from 1946 to 1965, as well as other businesses in Santa Fe and Farmington. Mr. Brown had been actively involved in international business and had secured financing for many projects throughout the American continents. At the time of his death, he was President and Chairman of the Board of Transnational Resource Industries. He served with the U.S. Army Air Force in the European Theater in World War II, including an assignment with the R.A.F. Mr. Brown is survived by his devoted wife, Carol Nasby Brown; loving children, Mark and daughter, Kira; Dusti Brown and children, David and Hattie; Wendi Odell, husband, Mike, and children, Mike and Tara; and Sunni Bosell, husband, Reick and children, Autumn and Sierra; and loving step-children, Lynne Peck, Anna Odom, Kim Meyer, Amy Moody, Richard Meyer and their families. Marion and Carol enjoyed loving and spoiling their 16 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The family would like to invite Marion's friends who also cared about him and believed in his dreams to join in a celebration of his life from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 14, at Holiday Park (on Comanche NE, east of Juan Tabo).
