Baca -- George C. Baca, 71, a resident of Belen, passed away on Thursday, November 11, 1999. He was a member of Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church. George was preceded in death by his parents, Tomas in 1960 and Margarita in 1966; his two brothers, Benny in 1966 and David Baca in 1995; his sister, Christina Kaneshiro in 1998. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Emma of the family home in Los Chavez, NM; ten children, Lorenzo of Los Lunas, Tommy of the family home in Los Chavez, Dolores Ramirez and her husband, Danny of Los Lunas, Pasty Sedillo and her husband, Frank of Los Chavez, George of Los Lunas, Josephine of the family home in Los Chavez, Loraine Delgado and her husband, Phillip of Los Chavez, Ruben and his companion, Virginia of Los Chavez, Helen Vallejos and her husband, Felix of Los Lunas, and Fernando and his wife, Debra Diedra of Los Chavez; 24 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one sister, Stella Chavez and her husband, Frank of Pueblitos, NM. He is also survived by his many loving cousins, nieces and nephews. A Rosary will be recited on Friday, 6:00 p.m., at Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, 10:00 a.m., at Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church. Pallbearers will be Juan Vallejos, Juan Calles, Christina, Isabel, and Tommy Baca Jr., Felipe Delgado and Jacob Jaramillo. Romero Funeral Home, 609 N. Main St., Belen, NM.
