Baca -- Mr. Anthony Alan Baca, 38, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on September 16, 1999. Mr. Baca is survived by his mother, Corina Baca; his wife, Rose; one daughters, Suzette Baca; one son, Alan Baca Jr.; nine brothers and sisters, Raymond Baca Jr. and Brenda Lopez, Theresa Baca and Tommy Trujillo, Cecilia Silva and husband, Rosalio, Patricia Martinez and husband, Ruben, Leila Cordova and husband, Randy, Joseph Baca and wife, Patricia, Maria Maez and husband, Johnny, Carina Baca and Matthew Baca and wife, Maria; special aunt, Beatrice Tafoya; Godchildren, Genevieve Baca and Randy Cordova Jr.; his Godmother, Irene Tafoya; 27 nieces and nephews; many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. Anthony was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Baca Sr.; and his Godfather, Tomas Tafoya. Anthony was a member of the Catholic Church and loved working on cars. He loved camping and being with his children and family. A visitation will be Friday evening in the St. Anne Church, 1400 Arenal SW, from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Final visitation will be Saturday morning in the church from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m., with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. by Father John Shedlock. Interment will follow in the San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ray Baca Jr., Joseph Baca, Matthew Baca, Randy Cordova Jr., Rosalio Silva and Justin Silva. Honorary pallbearers will be Mark Benavidez, Tommy Litrell and Manuel Anaya. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW, in charge of arrangements.
