Godown -- Colleen Godown, age 71, passed away on October 3, 1999. She worked at Mercury Cleaners for 23 years until she retired due to illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Godown. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Burris of Albuquerque; three grandchildren, Joanna Wright and husband, Tim of San Diego, CA, Donald Gregory and wife, Pam of Grants, NM, and Kellie Hitchcock and husband, Jeff of Albuquerque; one great-grandson of Albuquerque; sister, Wanda Gross of Riverton, WY; and numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends who will miss her very much. A Memorial service will be held at Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th NW, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 5, 1999. She will be buried with her husband on Friday, 11:00 a.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
