Nolasco -- Clare Nolasco, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died Sunday, March 21, 1999. She was preceded in death by her step-father, Viviano Nolasco. She is survived by her beloved mother, Juanita B. Nolasco of the family home. Clare leaves behind her half-sisters; step-brothers and sisters; and numerous uncles, aunts and cousins. She was a loving and generous Godmother to many, many hijados and hijadas. Ms. Nolasco was a graduate of St. Mary's High School. After graduation she was employed by the Corp. of Engineers and presently by the Office of State Engineers. She was an active member of the San Ignacio Catholic Church. She was greatly loved and admired by her family and friends, leaving them with many cherished memories. A Rosary will be recited on Tuesday evening, 7:00 p.m., at the San Ignacio Church with visitation beginning at 6:00 p.m. The Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. also at the San Ignacio Church with Father Leonard Bayer officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be John Tafoya, Anthony Chavez, Perry Wayne Pena, Edward Chavez, Eugene Chavez and John Pena.
