Martinez -- Mrs. Vilia L. Martinez, 77, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on March 15, 1999. Mrs. Martinez is survived by two daughters, Betty Jo Smith and husband, Bob from Vista, CA, Evelyn and husband, Bobby; five sons, Jerry, Clyde and wife, Liz, Rick and wife, Wanda and Eugene (Geno) and wife, Gen, and Bobby; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ida Valdez and Florence Marquez and husband, Ross; two brothers, Chris Lopez and wife, Trinnie from Grants, NM and Lalo Marquez and wife, Linda from Bosque Farms, NM; and brother-in-law, Alex Martinez. Mrs. Martinez was preceded in death by her husband, Anastacio; daughter, Lorraine; and a dear friend, Lucy Garcia. Private disposition has taken place. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Presbyterian Kaseman Hospice. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Rd. SW, in charge of the arrangements.
