Felts -- Ethel E. Felts, age 88, passed away on March 28, 1999 at the Sierra Health Care Center in Truth or Consequences, NM. She was born on March 20, 1911 in Jetmore, Kansas to Fred. A. and Viola (Bales) Beye. A homemaker, Mrs. Felts was a resident of T or C since 1987. She leaves to mourn her passing, her husband, Millard H. Felts of the family home in T or C; two sons, Harold Dee Felts of Palacios, TX and Howard Lee Felts of T or C; a half-brother, Henry Briskey of Albuquerque; seven grandchildren, Dr. Ricky D. Felts of T or C, Millard Dee Felts of Silver City, James Felts of Los Lunas, David Felts of Louisiana, Vicki Lee Rutan of Tulsa, OK, Janet Lynn Clark of Waco, TX, and Steven Felts of Artesia; nine great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and was preceded in death by a sister, Maxine Hancock. Viewing will be held on Friday, April 2, 1999, from 9:00 a.m. till 10:00 a.m., and services will be conducted in the chapel of French Mortuary at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Ann Madden officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Dr. Rick Felts, Matthew Felts, James Felts, Todd Felts, Jason Felts, Dave Rutan and Andy Rutan. Burial will follow in the Vista Memory Gardens Cemetery.
