Billing -- David Dodge Billing, 88, a resident of Albuquerque since 1960, died Wednesday, December 1, 1999. He is survived by his sons, David N. Billing and John E. Billing and wife, Pamela; grandchildren, Christine Kamm, Anne Rubin and John David Billing; and great-grandchildren, Joshua and Nathaniel Kamm and Alex and Zachary Rubin. He was preceded in death by his wife, Esther E. Billing in 1995. They were married 63 years. Mr. Billing was a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII, serving two years in the South Pacific. He retired after 23 years as a Lt. Col. Mr. Billing also worked for ten years with the State of New Mexico Employment Security Commission. Memorial Services will be held Saturday, 10:00 a.m. at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE, with Rev. Dewey Johnson officiating. Interment of cremains will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
