Myers -- Gladys Albertina Munson Myers, 97, died Friday, October 13, 2000 in Albuquerque, NM. She was born in Mineapolis, MN to John Albert and Wendla Matina Johansson Munson, both from Sweden. She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Richard B. Myers, Sr. in 1964; her twin brother, Glen Albert Munson in 1906; and a sister, Vinola Bertha Munson Levin. She is survived by three children, Richard Myers and wife; Shirley of Mill Valley, CA, Phoebe McCafferty and husband; Robert of Albuquerque, NM and Virginia Belew and husband; John of Fairfield, CA; six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild; and her friends of 30 years at Pikes Peak Towers in Colorado Springs, CO. Private family services were held at Sandia Funeral Care, 7601 Wyoming Blvd. NE with private interment today in Denver, CO at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
