Ferguson -- Placida"Pat" M. Ferguson, a resident of Albuquerque since 1952, went to be with her Lord, Saturday, September 2, 2000. Pat is survived by her close companion, Ken Abston of Albuquerque; daughter, Tomasita Stone and husband, Jack of Barstow, CA; brothers, Elisco Romero of Albuquerque and Tranquillo Romero and wife, Agnes of Gallup; sisters, Rebecca Trujillo and Beatrice Duran and husband, Louie of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Antonio Artiaga and wife, Josie of Barstow, CA and Janise Salinas and husband, Cruz of Victorville, CA; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by brothers, Frank, Ernest, Trinidad Romero; sister, Elisiada Ramirez and husband, Ralph Jay Ferguson. Pat was a longtime member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. Rosary will be recited Tuesday, September 5, 2000, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE 87109, recited by Byron Wicker. Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 6, 2000, 9:00 a.m., at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 1800 Martha NE 87112, with Father Domingo Gumpal, Celebrant. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE 87107. Friends may visit French Mortuary, Tuesday, September 5, 2000, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
