Henderson -- D. K."Chunky" Henderson, 84, a resident of Albuquerque since 1963, died Wednesday, September 27, 2000. He is survived by his wife, Myra Henderson of Albuquerque; one daughter, Jan Sneed of Polson, MT; one granddaughter, Melissa Susan Sneed of Nevada, MO; and one grandson, Charles Joseph Sneed of Albuquerque. Mr. Henderson was preceded in death by his first wife, Edna Charlene Henderson; and seven brothers. He served in the U.S. Army and was a veteran of WWII and the Korean War. Mr. Henderson was a member of First United Methodist Church. Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be held Monday, 2:00 p.m., at First United Methodist Church, 314 Lead SW, with Dr. Terry Anderson officiating. French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE.
