Devine -- Jr. James R. Devine died Sunday in Albuquerque at the age of 62. Mr. Devine was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Maunelita Devine. The majority of his life was spent at the Albuquerque Country Club, but the greatest love of his life was his family, golf and movies. James was the kindest, most loving and generous person. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by his father, Vincent Devine; brothers, Carlos Devine and wife, Bennie and Vincent Devine and wife, Stella; sisters, Loretta Devine and Diana Devine; nephews, Jason Devine, George Devine, Demetrio Baca, Gary Torres, Patrick Devine, Johnny Devine, Greg Devine and Martin Devine; nieces, Anne Ortiz and Pamela"Peaches" Devine; great-nephews and nieces, Eric, Chanel, Siohban, Calista, Vanessa, Angelique, John, Lawrence, Marlayna, Joshua and Jeremy; and many cousins and friends. Funeral services for Mr. Devine will be held on Wednesday at the San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Orlando Sanchez, Jason Devine, George Devine, Gary Torres, Steven Parraz and Johnny Devine. A Rosary for Mr. Devine will be recited on Tuesday evening, 7:00 p.m., at San Felipe Church. Arrangements by Salazar & Sons Mortuary, 400 Third St. SW.
