Salas -- Carlos Salas, 91, a resident of Albuquerque since 1944, died Wednesday, May 17, 2000. He is survived by his son, Ralph Salas and wife, Betty; daughters, Gloria Trujillo, Dolores Enriquez and husband, Jess, Velma Enriquez, Margaret Sisneros and husband, Ray, and Lorraine Ortiz; 16 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; sisters, Belle Baca, and Eloisa Trujillo; and brother, Lino Salas. Mr. Salas was preceded in death by his wife, Evangelina Salas; grandsons, Carlo Ortiz, and Kyle Enriquez; and granddaughter, Brenda Salas. He was a lifetime member of the NM Locksmith Association. Rosary will be recited Friday, 7:00 p.m., at St. Edwin Catholic Church, 2105 Barcelona Rd. SW. Mass will be celebrated Saturday, 10:00 a.m., at St. Edwin Catholic Church, with Father Jose Hernandez, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Mr. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Danny Salas, Daniel Ortiz, Andy Trujillo, Ruby Enriquez, Ray Sisneros, Jr., and Barbara Montoya. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE, Friday, 2:00 p.m., to 4:00 p.m.
