Wopat -- Larry M. Wopat, age 60, a resident of Albuquerque for 26 years, died May 3, 2000. He is survived by his wife, Rose of Albuquerque; daughter, Katrina Lynch of Albuquerque; son, Nicholas Wopat and wife, Laurie of Colorado; four sisters, Pat Roou, Judy Jambois, Janice Hanesworth and Betty Nelson, all of Wisconsin; brother, Dennis Wopat of Wisconsin; and two grandchildren, Timothy Lynch and Amber Lynch. He was a member of St. Bernadette's Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m., Monday, May 8, 2000, at St. Bernadette's Catholic Church, with Father Domingo Gumpal as Celebrant. Nicholas Wopat, Willie Mettling, Frank Prochaska, Dennis Wopat, Andy Andrews and James Hanesworth will served as pallbearers. Interment will follow in Santa Fe National Cemetery at 11:30 a.m. Fitzgerald and Son Funeral Directors, 3113 Carlisle NE, in charge of arrangements.
