Rodriguez -- Frances D. Rodriguez, 68, born November 2, 1931 in Truchas, New Mexico, went to the Lord on May 6, 2000. Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend of many. She was preceded in death by Modesto Rodriguez; daughters, Sylvia Rodriguez; grandson, Dennis Lee Trujillo. Mrs. Rodriguez is survived by sons, Alex Rodriguez and Rod Rodriguez; daughters, Clara Trujillo and husband, Dennis, Hazel Chavez, Becky Mendoza and husband, Jose; 17 grandchildren whom adored her; 13 great-grandchildren; sisters, Emily Montoya and husband, Filiberto, Dolores Trujillo, Lena Salazar and Vera Marujo; special friend, Vrial Mendoza; and also adored by many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. She will be greatly loved and will be missed by many. Go in peace. Mrs. Rodriguez was a member of the Catholic Church. A Rosary will be recited Monday evening at 7:00 p.m. in Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, with visitation after 6:30 p.m. Herman Flores reciting. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 9:00 a.m., at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco SW, with final visitation at the church after 8:30 a.m. Father Manuel, Celebrant of the Mass. Interment of the cremains will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Rd. SW, in charge of the arrangements.
