Campbell -- Linda Ann Campbell, 48, a resident of Rio Rancho, passed away Friday morning, March 31, 2000 after a courageous battle cancer. Linda was a beloved partner, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Linda was born June 28, 1951 in Waterford, Michigan. Linda loved in the Albuquerque area for the last 15 years of her life. Linda graduated from Kendall School of Design with a degree in Interior Design, and then Aquinis College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Prior to moving to Albuquerque, Linda lived and worked in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she worked with an architectural firm. Later Linda worked with Westinghouse in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Linda relocated to the Albuquerque area in 1984 to work with Honeywell as a space and production planner. Linda also worked for Digital as an engineering assistant and for Sandia National Laboratories and Department of Energy as a Land Use Specialist. Most recently, Linda was Production Planner and Space Planner for Peak Sensor Systems. She will be missed and fondly remembered by her partner, Pamela Ward and daughters, Charlotte and Kimberly; grandson, William; brothers, Bert Peardon and Bob Paolina; her mother, Dorothy Campbell; brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Bonnie Campbell; nieces and nephew, Carrie, Emily and Thomas Campbell, and many, many very special friends. Linda's father, Perry Campbell, preceded Linda in death in 1981. We are comforted by knowing Perry his his favorite fishing buddy back. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Michael's and All Angels Episcopal Church located at 601 Montano NW, Albuquerque, NM on Monday, April 3, 2000 at 2:00 p.m. A reception will follow in the church parish hall. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation in care of St. Michael's to be given to the Anita Saiz Fund sponsored by Lovelace Hospital in support of providing breast examination services to underprivileged women.
