Lopez -- In Memory of Ben Pat Lopez 03-16-21 -- 03-02-80Youngest son of Yah des pah and David Lopez; one brother, Paul; and two sisters, Mary and Anne - all gone now to join in that heavenly praise. After returning from WWII he married our mother, Alice Platero. They shared the birth of two sons; six daughters; 20 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He longed to spoil his grandchildren after retiring; he never got to do it. I wonder what you would think now, Dad. More noise then ever when we get together, always missing you though. He received the Lord Jesus Christ into his heart; spoke of his Master until he breathed his last breath here on earth 20 years ago. You spoke of us meeting again over on the other shore - believe, love your mom, brothers and sisters was your request, most of all, cling to the Lord you said. We remember your words, Dad. One day soon we'll meet again, in the air at His second coming, or through death. We believe still, Dad, but until then we miss you, cherish your memories, wish we could have one more hug, and tell you how much we love you.Alice P. Lopez and Family
