Armijo -- Saddie Gonzales Armijo was called by our Lord to take her place in heaven on February 27, 2000. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter James Armijo; and parents, Natividad and Tomasita Gonzales. She is survived by her daughter, Connie and husband, Nat Garcia; sons, Walter Jr., Ambrose, Leonard and wife, Yvonne, and Pedro; six grandchildren, Gabriel, Adan, Jared, Jesslyn, Amber and Catalina; her brother, Ely Gonzales and wife, Anita; sisters, Angie Targa, Janice Louann and husband, Rick Espinosa, Sophie Armijo and husband, Juan Martinez. Saddie will be truly missed by her family and by the many people who's lives she touched. She belonged to the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church Cemetery Committee, and was a sponsor of the Holy Family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated this morning at 10:00 a.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Carlos Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Gabriel and Adan Varella, Matt and Tim Espinosa, and Joe and Christopher Chavez. Honorary pallbearers will be Eddie Martinez and April Targa. Services are entrusted to Alameda Mortuary, 9420 4th Street, Gary Santillanes CFSP.
