Clausen -- Kenneth �Ken� H. Clausen, 68, a resident of Albuquerque since 1970, died on Friday, October 13, 2000. Ken is survived by his wife of 42 years, Herminia �Minnie� Clausen; son, Jimmie Ray Clausen; daughters, Sylvia Ann Clausen and Sandra Lynn LaPierre and husband, Paul all of Albuquerque; grandson, Maurice Clint Clausen and brother, Harvey Clausen and wife, Arlene of Bettendorf, IA. He was a member of the Siglo de Oro RV Club and the XYZ Senior Club. Ken retired after 24 years of service in the U.S. Army, serving during the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War. He also retired from the Bernalillo County Mental Health Center. Ken was the best father and grandfather and very loving husband. Services will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2000, 10:00 a.m. at French Mortuary, Wyoming Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE. with Pastor Lem Boyles, officiating. Interment to follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
