Philgreen -- Elizabeth E. "Betty" Philgreen, age 85, a resident of Albuquerque for 30 years died February 10, 2002. She is survived by her sons, Thomas Snook and wife, Rose of Tijeras, NM, Herbert Snook of Pennsylvania; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was a wonderful grandmother. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd A. Philgreen in 1998. Betty was very active in the Presbyterian Healthcare Auxiliary, serving, as past President in 1988 & 1989, She was also very active in Trinity United Methodist Church, Sunday school and the United Methodist Women. She was a member of the Desert Swingers Square Dancing Club. Memorial Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 16, 2002 at The Trinity United Methodist Church 3715 Silver Ave SE with Rev. Tom Beach officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Trinity United Methodist Church Memorial Fund 3715 Silver Ave SE, Albuquerque, NM, 87108. Strong-Thorne Mortuary 1100 Coal Ave SE was in charge of her arrangements.
