White -- Peggy White, 79, a resident of Rio Rancho and formerly of Los Alamos, died on March 16, 2002. She is survived by her husband, Jack White; children, John G. White, Gregory S. White, and Susan F. Sowder and husband, Kerry; grandchildren, David G. Sowder, Steven S. White and Stacy L. Sowder. While living in Los Alamos, Peggy was a member of the V.F.W. Post 8874 Lady Aux, M.O.C.A. Pup Tent #9 and the American Legion Post 90. She also attended the First Baptist Church of Los Alamos. Memorial service will take place on Wednesday, March 20, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. at French Mortuary Westside Chapel, 9300 Golf Course Rd. NW (3 blocks North of Paseo Del Norte) with Pastor Charles Sullivan officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 8100 Mountain Rd. NW, Ste. 102, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87110. French Mortuary Westside Chapel, 9300 Golf Course Rd. NW.
