Jensen -- Nettie Opal Jensen, Grandma Opal, went into the arms of the Lord, March 19, 2002. Opal was born November 12,1920 and lived in New Mexico most of her life. Opal was a great Christian. She loved and cared for her family and everyone she came in contact with. Her faith was very important to her, and she lived it every day as an example to all. Opal is survived by her children, David Ray, Peggie Russell, Carolyn Anderson and husband, Listen, Kenneth Jensen and wife, Teresa, Blanch Castruita and husband, Jesus; and her grandson, David E. Ray whom she raised and thought of as her son and his wife, Linda. Opal Had 22 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren, and many family and friends she loved and shared her life and faith with. Funeral Services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 23, 2002 at Rio Grande Baptist Church 2121 Gun Club Rd. SW, Albuquerque, NM 87105.
