Nieto -- Aurora Nieto, 75, a life long resident of New Mexico, and member of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, passed away April 7, 2002. She was born March 23, 1927. She is survived by sons, Joe Nieto and wife Atanacia, Dominic Nieto and wife Liz, Ernest Nieto, Frankie Nieto, Ted Nieto and wife, Edie, Andrew Nieto and wife, Patricia and Leroy Nieto; daughters, Jenny Nieto, Grace Nieto, Angie and husband, Guadalupe Isaias, Anna and husband, Martin Baca; ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and seven step-grandchildren; sisters, Lucinda Garcia, Jesusita Garcia, Reyes Griego, Dora and husband, Frank Moya. The viewing and the Rosary will be held at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church located at 7808 Edith NE., with a viewing beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9, 2002 and the Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, 4th St. at Alameda, on Wednesday, April 10, 2002 at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Leroy Nieto, Ernest Nieto, Andrew Nieto, Michael Nieto, Joe Jr. Nieto and Jimmy Martinez.
